Aroshy Pty Ltd

Aroshy has implemented ISO-aligned management systems across safety, quality, and environmental practices, ensuring our operations meet internationally recognised standards. Our procedures for risk management, compliance, and continuous improvement have been developed in line with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).

 

While we already operate to these standards, we are actively working towards formal accreditation to provide our clients with independent assurance that every project is delivered safely, sustainably, and to the highest quality.

Work Health & Safety (WHS) Policy

Policy Statement
Aroshy is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, subcontractors, visitors, and clients. We actively comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, associated regulations, and relevant industry standards.

Scope
This policy applies to all Aroshy worksites, projects, and activities undertaken by employees and subcontractors across NSW.

Objectives

  • Identify, assess, and control workplace risks before work commences.

  • Ensure all workers are trained, competent, and supervised.

  • Maintain safe plant, equipment, and work practices.

  • Promote a culture where every worker takes responsibility for safety.

Responsibilities

  • Management: provide resources, training, and systems to maintain safe worksites.

  • Supervisors: monitor daily site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce compliance.

  • Workers: follow safe work practices, report hazards, and stop work if unsafe.

Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or after significant incidents, regulatory changes, or project requirements.

Quality Policy

Policy Statement
Aroshy is dedicated to delivering high-quality steelfixing and structural services that meet client requirements, comply with Australian Standards, and support continuous improvement.

Scope
This policy covers all reinforcement, formwork, and concrete activities undertaken by Aroshy in residential, commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects.

Objectives

  • Deliver workmanship that meets engineering specifications and client expectations.

  • Conduct regular inspections and pre-pour checks to verify quality.

  • Use client and stakeholder feedback to improve systems.

  • Train staff in QA procedures and ensure compliance across all projects.

Responsibilities

  • Management: maintain ISO-aligned quality systems and allocate resources.

  • Supervisors: oversee QA inspections and sign-off processes.

  • Workers: complete tasks to specified drawings, standards, and procedures.

Environmental Policy

Aroshy is committed to minimising environmental impacts from our construction activities and supporting sustainable work practices.

This policy applies to all sites where Aroshy operates, including residential, commercial, civil, and infrastructure projects.

  • Reduce unnecessary use of resources such as water, steel, and energy.

  • Comply with all environmental regulations and site-specific requirements.

  • Promote awareness of environmental responsibilities among workers.

  • Supervisors: implement site-specific environmental plans and monitor compliance.

  • Workers: follow environmental procedures, minimise waste, and report incidents.
